"Veramente pessimi"

Veramente pessimi. Ho fatto un ordine ieri 09/03/2025 (domenica) e ieri stesso ho chiesto per email di cancellarlo perché avevo sbagliato. Dopo aver anche provato a chattare con loro per chiedere conferma di avvenuta cancellazione, il 10/03/2025 (cioè il giorno dopo), mi scrivono che hanno spedito la merce e continua ad essere impossibile contattarli. Mai accaduta una cosa del genere!!!

Hi I just ordered online. Got a price and invoice and paid with credit card. It gave me arrival date 3 weeks away. Pendant lights arrived is well protected boxes, beautifully packed. No damage, delivery excellent. Inside reinforced packing with white gloves to handle lights. So Professional, I did not have to follow up as it worked like clock work. My pendants lights are like a work of art. I love them and my husband loves them also. He did not know i was getting them, but having them hanging over the dining table he thinks they are fab. well done guys very happy. Thank you JOC
