"Very efficient service"

Cannot fault the service - complete and correct order arrived within 48hrs on free delivery.
A couple of suggestions:
- website could be a little easier to use - when ordering multiple items system is a bit clunky
- I ordered a bay window DIY system - a simple instruction sheet to confirm how it goes together would save a bit of trial and error

Placed an order but unfortunately the item had been discontinued. The Pole Company tried to source the item but when they could not they immediately agreed a full refund.

Good quality arrived in one piece apart from a broken finial which was immediately replaced.

I ordered my pole which came within a week. Delivery was efficient. The pole was excellent and easy to fit.

I recently bought two curtain tracks from The Poles Company. The communication was excellent from initial purchase through to final delivery. I cannot understand how this company has the reviews they appear to have.

I have an odd shaped window bay, and I need help choosing the correct pole, having never done it before.

Sent two emails, one with measurements , and one via their website form (+2 weeks ago now) for some simple guidance on the purchase, I've had absolutely nothing in response. Customer service non-existent, phones not picked up.

Watch out for the irony - they might just respond on here.
