Dealing with this company was a surprise and a delight. I contacted them regarding an in-service problem that developed with a pole set I had bought. Their response was prompt and efficient and they went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. I think they set the gold standard for good, old-fashioned customer care and so I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Absolutely wonderful service. They take great care in ensuring your measurements are correct and allow an opportunity for a final check before placing the order. They package the rails up really well, mounted on wooden frames for extra support, but unfortunately ours still arrived damaged in transit - however there was no issue with arranging a replacement which quickly arrived as expected. Their customer service team are polite, helpful and appear genuinely keen to make sure you leave a happy customer. I thoroughly recommend The Poles Company - they deserve their excellent rating.

Just received our order for curtain poles/rings. Our order was delivered within a couple of days. I had to ring the Company and few times to get some advice and Michael at the Company could not be more helpful. Very pleased with the service received and so good in this day and age to speak to someone who goes out of their way to be helpful. The Poles were just what we wanted, at a very competitive price. We would recommend this Company. Excellent.

Had an idea to improve bay window curtain poles we already had and then found some that actually did what we wanted (not many do!). Easier (and cheaper) to order a complete new set rather than try to find additional parts that matched our existing set. Arrived promptly and what was in the box was exactly as advertised (not always the case!).
