Item delivered very quickly after ordering and good communication via email from the company. Unfortunately took much longer to find a door curtain we wanted (hence the delay in writing the review). Its been up for a couple of weeks and its really brilliant, the hall is noticeably warmer and its just so handy that the pole is attached to the door as its still working when you go out (if that makes sense).

Absolutely brilliant, wish we had found this item years ago.
