I ordered an extra long ceiling mounted track for light weight curtains and these were perfect. Slim profile and unobtrusive they were easy to trim and fit. Best of all was customer service as I’d run out of the track runners which take the curtains and the team got extra ones sent out to me straight away. Highly recommend this company all round.

Excellent customer service by Natalie. We wanted a number of different sized poles for our new house - all in the same colour, (50mm, 35mm and 28mm in various lengths). Nat sorted the list out and we even found a way of creating a very long pole from two shorter ones. She handled it all for me and delivery was swift. Well done The Poles Company!

The delivery was fast and despite some setbacks the communication with the company was very good. The quality is really good and justifies the high price tag. Highly recommended. My only suggestion would be to make your customers know that the wall fixings are for brick wall and offer an option for other kind of surfaces, such as plaster boards.
