Great company to deal with and excellent customer service. My delivery was delayed slightly over Christmas and the customer service team were excellent keeping me up to date. Poles arrived very well packed and easy to fit. I was missing a small part and again the customer service (Natalie in particular) were quick to reply and resolve the issue, sending out a replacement.
