1. Greg carried out my eye test
and it was very good.
The service provided was very competent,
clear and concise.
Greg's knowledge of contact lens options was also excellent. Further, I liked that there was no sales pressure.
2. Alison took care of all my other needs
and the support provided was outstanding!
I received a warm welcome and initial chat
when I was first browsing through the glasses frames.
I then received a gentle invitation to have an eye test.
After I arrived for my eye test, I received clear and jargon free explanations re the pre test assessments.
I received advice regarding which glasses would work well to meet my needs.
Alison made numerous calls (to the buyers and other stores) trying to locate glasses frames that I may like.
Alison is extremely helpful, really goes the extra mile, has 27 years experience in the profession.

"Eye test went ok but lenses not correct"
Eye test went ok - waited a month for specs and when I picked up I told CSA that they don’t appear to be right in that I could see better with old specs. I had the usual ‘your eyes need to get used to new prescription’…if I could see words and letters when tested why can’t I now? Surely the effect should be immediate as per eye test?.
Obviously a commission based business model pushing extra thin lenses and hearing tests. So I will be returning to for the “we’ll see what we can do” as promised if I’m not happy after trying them.
Unfortunately the only one chance to make a good first impression mantra is at play here and alas failed and won’t be back for next eye test….back to vision express I go
