I have tried to correct this for months now and they have basically shut me out so here goes. Absolutely terrible experience. A lot of my items were damaged, not assembled upon delivery, or missing. They promise a white glove delivery. Instead, I get asked for tips right off the bat and I get told that they can’t get the truck up a TRUCK ACCESSABLE ROAD and charge me an extra $200 before they give me my items. They say military owned but I’m guessing they hire dishonorably discharged only because the shadiness of this company is incredible. After you make your deposit, you are trash to them. After damaging around $3,600 worth of items, I got a $180 offer to replace them. I cannot stress enough that you should 100% look elsewhere for service. They make a stressful time even more of a hassle. There are for sure better companies out there than this one. Don’t let the “support military” crap fool you. No one that served is delivering your stuff and they will do everything to avoid helping you when they cause issues.
