"Erreur descriptif produit sur le site Internet, absence de sens commercial"

Les informations sur le site Internet sont, pour ma part erronées.
Expérience personnelle:

Achat d'une lunette Vector Optics Orion Pro 6X24-50 (SFP). La description Internet mentionne l'absence de zero stop (parfait car option que je ne voulais pas), la description dans le manuel d'utilisation indique que les deux tourelles sont équipées de la fonction "Lock" (option que je voulais). Réception du matériel, seule la tourelle de dérive possède la fonction "Lock", la tourelle d'élévation possède la fonction "zéro stop"....
Après plusieurs échanges (bonne réactivité), on me dit que la lunette est équipée du zero stop (ca je l'ai vu) et qu'elle n'a pas de fonction "Lock" sur la tourelle d'élévation (ça je l'ai vu aussi...) mais aucune solution concrète. La lunette finira à prix cassé sur Naturabuy...

"I would like to receive a tracking and…"

I would like to receive a tracking and order number as soon as possible. I didn't receive a tracking number when I bought the mount which is not right. I have already paid for the mount - December 21, 2024 - which was $536.15, I have waited more than a month now and the mount still hasn't arrived. This is unacceptable because I HAVE ALREADY PAID, and have not received a tracking or order number. I am considering calling my bank for fraud.

"Rücklieferung ohne Reaktion "

Der Lieferant hat eine Rücklieferung eines falschen Produkt genehmigt. Habe das Produkt als Paket zurückgeschickt. Es ist angekommen aber von Optic Trade keine Reaktion auf mehrere Mails. Also Geld weg, Produkt weg und die Rücklieferung aus eigener Tasche bezahlt.
