I just got my shapa so I haven't realized,yet how it will work for me. But I really like the idea of numberless weigh ins. I tend to get hung up on the numbers and that's not really what matters. I think this will be really good for me.
Also, it arrived quickly, had his instructions, and was easy to set up.

Subscription starts when you order the scale, not when your first able to use it. So far i see no way to get the info it is taking or collecting other then syncing to google fit, only shows weight. Would definitely like a peek at the other info also. Bought the scale for points towards reduced insurance premiums, seems the awarding of points is spotty, not sure which side is to blame...Seems like a good idea for those that might suffer for lack of motivation and or get upset about seeing small fluctuations daily...

The product does not display any result, but requires to download apps etc. Very complicated, I could not get it to work, so I trashed the product after an hour. Don't waste your money here.

When I turn on the “show weight” in my account settings, I would like to see my weight measurements immediately. I’ve been told they won’t be available for 30days. This is very disappointing.

No confirmation email for my large purchase today; and then am now receiving confirmation emails for people that I don’t know and am not associated with.
Previous issues with licensure keys as well - resulting in difficulty for my clients.
I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on Clear Step, as an ED clinician - and I am hoping that their customer service improves.
