I love my scale. But when I follow the instructions to set up an account, and it doesn't work, it's frustrating I can't find a number to call. The error was "password doesn't match" but I was using a strong password generator, so that can't be possible. Please help

Very fast response of order and delivery. The directions in the box were very easy to follow.
I did have a hard time finding the key they send you. But had to find the email to get it.

"Reported I was gaining weight from first weigh in"

I did my research before signing up and felt it would be safe for me to use shapa despite having a history of anxiety around scales and disordered eating. The very first weigh in was light gray which I thought was odd since how could I be gaining weight in the first weigh in. Then the next 3 were dark grey all saying I'm gaining weight everyday (which I wasn't). It was highly stressful and I thought this scale was designed to avoid that kid of anxiety.

"The app doesn't work"

The app doesn't work. It crashes right after I connect it to my fit bit. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I've also sent two emails with no replies.
