Some hiccups with license number but that was more of an Amazon issue. The owner called me directly and gave me the license number and I’m off and running now. All the settings are highly customizable and there’s a lot packed into such a small item. Can’t wait to get started!

"Ok product but horrible customer service"

I found the scale very useful in getting me out of some bad habits of obsessing over my weight & weighing myself constantly. The app itself is clunky and it would be better if the scale itself didn't need to sync to Bluetooth in real time. I would prefer to just be able to step on the scale without opening the app and then just sync it to the app once a week or so. I recently had to deal with their customer service team and found the experience very stressful & much more difficult than need be.
