Everything was super quick, from order confirmation to shipping to welcome emails. I will say the volume of the emails can be a bit overwhelming, I received 5 emails in the first few hours after ordering. I wish it would be condensed into one or have a delay of a few days before they’re sent so it’s not all at once.

After buying it on Amazon, you apparently need a code from them in email. I emailed them asking for and never got a response. I can't find a phone number for. I even bought through their website and days later have yet to receive a code.
I didn't know what more I can do to actually use their product!

Bad customer service. I’ve had the product and a subscription for a year and have reached out to get help multiple times and have never heard back. Now I don’t want to keep up the subscription and can’t use the product anymore, even as a scale with numbers.
