"Red'd used scale, defective no response"
Got my scale. The white box flap was torn. Opened anyway. Metal strip slightly scuffed. Still going to install the batteries only to find Duracell installed. Tested with the Duracell without a blue light or connecting to my phone. I installed the new batteries sent with the scale and still the scale cannot be found. No blue light, nothing. Now I've used my points, membership is running but a dead scale. I emailed and 2 days later (March 20) received an email saying it was sent to "your staff" to resolve. I waited until April 1 and emailed again, April 22 and still no response whatsoever. 25 years in customer service and this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I asked how we resolve, expecting someone to respond with an answer that they were replacing, some type of technical response, some type of response, but nothing. BUT I do keep getting emails about using using, taking a survey, etc.
