My experience with Shapa has been positive. I like that the scale does not give numbers. The only hiccup I have experienced is with the renewal. It is showing that I paid for the lifetime membership on the computer but when I sign in to the app it still has the renew message flashing when I sign in.

The scale does not show your weight and neither does the Shapa app, you connect too. There no instructions on using the virtual blood pressure cuff. Apparently it doesn’t come ready to use, it needs to be charged first. The connection process was a bit confusing but I managed to figure it out. The scale design is sleek and attractive. The blood pressure cuff is nice in that there are no cords, but the readings seem to run high compared to my other automatic cuffs, but I’ll give it at least a week for me to get used to using it.

"Shapa and my wellness program"

I renewed my Shapa for the 5th year. Any issues I have encountered have been met with the utmost of courtesy and expediency. Most of the time it was something I missed or didn't complete correctly but the quickly explained and helped me correct it. They even worked with our Wellness provider to make sure all was in order for my participation in the program. Great products, great service Great results.

I have been using SHAPA for three years and have recently added my wife to the system. The program is very motivational and the colormetric system of weight management is brilliant. We both change our eating and exercise habits based on our color achievements and progress. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to maintain fitness or find an easy way to remain motivated on their fitness, nutritional and weight management journey.
