"Completely Frustrated "
I normally would give 5 stars but in this case, it took about 10 days to be able to purchase a PDF pattern, the lack of communication due to the fact the people answering and trying to help me we’re in a different country, which surprised me. This was just a frustrating purchase and really wasn’t worth the frustration. This was at one time my go to yarn/weaving store but now I’m not so sure.

"Fast response to my complaint"
I ordered 14 hanks of thread-type cotton yarn (two separate orders) in a two-tone (twist) colour + 3 in a solid colour. Put-up was terrible for the twist yarn - just a mess, impossible to place on yarn swift, but OK for the solid. After a few emails back & forth Sally at Customer Service offered a partial refund. I am satisfied with this. Service was fast; I did not have to wait weeks as some companies are prone to doing.
I have not as yet attempted to untangle 5 of the hanks. They too may turn out to be useless. I sure won't order any more of these, even though I need them to complete my project.

"Issues over an eCard"
I had received an egift card over 2 years ago and kept forgetting about it. I decided I'd better use it before I completely forgot about it! I placed my order but could not find a place to enter the ecard number. After reaching out to customer support, the number ended up not working. We went back and forth over the next few days trying to resolve the issue. Come to find out, the system had been updated since I received the ecard. The issue was fixed and I was able to place my order.
That being said, my responses were addressed almost immediately each time by a very pleasant CSR (Lily). Once the issue was resolved, my order came the VERY NEXT DAY!! I am so impressed and feel valued! Thank you, WEBS (and Lily)!

Webs is awesome.
I was looking for yarn that I thought I would need. I found a great supply from Webs, but then the designer said I could use some I had in stash. Trying to save money, I went to cancel my WEBs order, only to learn that it had already been shipped. The customer service representative told me how to return the package for a refund. No judgement, just nice pleasant helpfulness.

They responded quickly and gave me recommendations about the yarn fibers and weight that would best work. In such a “hustle-bushel” world that we live in today, I really appreciate their help.
