Excellent customer service and excellent quality in yarn (a problem like the one I had is very, very rare). 10/10 shopping experience!

The yarn smelled bad when I received it. Not sure why, I contacted support. Their answer was nonjudgmental, kind, and thorough. They had several recommendations. I opted for the set it out to air and if no improvement, return it.
When I checked it just now, it was odorless. I'm glad. I like Regia sock yarn and my son selected that color specifically. Now to get out the right needles.....

I love WEBS. They carry good variety of yarn and needles. They always respond promptly. I recently had a cable needle (less than a year old) that separated at the needle/cable junction. Within an hour of contacting them, they responded and had a replacement needle on its way.

WEBS is my go-to for weaving yarns. The selection is great and the sales save me a lot of money. I've never had quality issues with their yarns. I use a lot of tencel and cotton and the range of colors of those yarns is wonderful. My experience of their customer service is that they really responsive and proactive.

Always check Webs for my weaving yarn as they have frequent sales and I love adding to my stash! They usually are very quick to process & ship but should there be a problem (out of stock for instance) their customer service is quick to inform & work with you to make suitable substitutes. I use mostly Tencel or cotton and they have wide range of colors.
