Received coffee filter that was bent out of shape. This is despite the filter being wrapped in layers and between cardboard. Delivery was £3.99. Reply from customer service was that they receive the stock in such a way and you can easily bend it back to shape - was this not something the merchant could check first. I don't think this is the point, you should not be sending customers who pay a lot for product and delivery a less than perfect product. This was a very nonchalant and "don't care" reply. I find it odd that a less than perfect product was sent. Wrapping this in layers did not help!! It was a very very light and small product and did not warrant a £3.99 delivery fee.

Such a poor customer service. I ordered sweatshirt in size 40/42inch which is size L but they send me size M. I asked for prepaid return label as I received wrong item. They declined saying I received what I ordered. I payed £5.99 for postage! I have to order another one and pay another £5.99 for delivery and I have to pay for returning wrong item. Joke! It's shame that this is only company providing my child's school uniform.

Pleased with the pottery items ordered, they were well packed and dispatched within a couple of days. The carrier however was another story, the order did not turn up on the allocated day. I tracked the order for two days 'out for delivery', still it did not arrive. I gave up and changed the delivery instructions to collect from depot which I did after 5 days.
