"Aeticon is just that. A CON"

My Aeticon order was supposed to be delivered at the end of January, or at minimum, before 2/14th. I read that this company was out of California. That is a falsehood. My order was delivered from China, and obviously English isn't their first language. The blanket arrived today with yellow stains on it.The wording says "let me" instead of "led me" to you. I am half inclined to send it back, but it will cost me more than it's worth. Ugh. Sigh. Nothing can be done ~ except be disappointed and NEVER order from this company ever again!

"Items come slow boat from China, Phillipines, Indonesia?? - still waiting"

First, I have sent 2 emails to this scam co. with no reply as to where my item is. Second, Ive filed a complaint with paypal and they arent responding to paypal. This company is a front.
Obviously these items are being made in China, Indonesia, or ? and then shipped here to the states. The problem is, that it takes waaaay too long to get the item and they generate a tracking id for the item BEFORE it even arrives at the USPS facility. My item was ordered on Jan 28 and to date, for the past week, a USPS ticket has been generated for a USPS office in Georgia and has NOT been received yet. It still isn't even to a Georgia USPS location. Once it arrives, it will take another 5 days to get to our address. I'm done with this. Where is my item? Slow boat from China. It's a rug yet the tracking ID says it's a metal print? I emailed customer service with no response. Still, 2 days later, waiting for cs to respond. I just want my money back. I am through waiting.

"Disappointing product and critical…"

Disappointing product and critical delivery failure. Product appeared cheap printing rather than the pictures of the product when I ordered it. I paid for expedited shipping which was to arrive at least a week before my event. It arrived a week after my event - a full two weeks after the estimated date of arrival. Also delivery tracking was deceptive. My order waited in CA for a week while another memo said "out for delivery." I would like a refund on my shipping costs.

Great customer service, they caught a typo in the name before they started and contacted me right away!! Our boss loved his rug!!

I did finally receive my sign on January 2nd. The shipping label was printed on December 12th and sat in Texas forever. Yes, it was Christmas and a busy time. Just think maybe the shipped department needs tending too.
