My collection was haphazard and stored improperly before OenoGroup's consultation. Their team reorganized everything with proper categorization and storage protocols. Visiting my cellar now feels like entering a professional space rather than a glorified closet.

"Buyer beware - Oeno can’t be trusted!"

Oeno flagged my last review and had it removed. Shame on you, Oeno!

Everything I said holds true. I have had my portfolio for almost 4 years now, and the pattern is the same. It is impossible to get hold of anyone when you want to liquidate your holdings. Promise after promise broken, calls not returned and frankly, bald-faced lying.

I’ve been waiting a month to receive a brokerage form - a month for a piece of paper, not even a sale!

I have now contacted lawyers and opened a claim at Action Fraud UK.

Let’s see how this plays out as we’re now in scorched earth territory.

"I have been with Oeno since 2020 and…"

I have been with Oeno since 2020 and overall my experience has been positive. I purchased £5k worth of burgundy’s and Italian wines and was told from the outset that it was a long term investment of at least 5 years. The portfolio managers have been respectful and have never pushed sales on me. I have also found them very informative about wines. So far my wines have grown only 5-10% but I’m aware that the longer I hold them the larger the return will be long-term. I have been offered to sell some of my wines which have increased 20% but I’m going to hold them for now. I know it’s a gradual process but I trust they will make the sale when the time is right. I was explained by one of the brokers that it was like selling property it takes time and patience and the right opportunity! My portfolio is currently managed by Calum and he has been great. It would be good to have additional sales options in the future though so there is slightly more liquidity

Wanted bottles I could potentially enjoy without sacrificing investment potential. OenoGroup created a two-track collection with some purely for appreciation and others for eventual consumption. The drinking window guidance helps me know which bottles reach their peak when.

Started with zero wine knowledge but a desire to build a meaningful collection. OenoGroup created a personalized education plan alongside my initial purchases. Now I can confidently discuss regions and vintages at industry events that previously intimidated me.

Learning about wine regions and investment strategies has been almost as valuable as the actual returns. My advisor explains the "why" behind every recommendation instead of just telling me what to buy. The regional seminars they host for clients have deepened my appreciation beyond just investment potential. Now I actually understand what makes certain vintages special rather than just following trends.

"Unresponsive and Unreliable - Avoid OenoGroup"

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with OenoGroup.
I made my wine portfolio with them 3 years ago.
Despite multiple attempts to reach out and discuss potential wine sales, I've been met with complete radio silence. No responses, no updates, no nothing. It's like they're intentionally keeping me in limbo.
The lack of communication is not just frustrating - it's unprofessional. If you're considering working with OenoGroup, be warned: they don't seem to value their clients.
A friend of mine had a similar experience, but they took a different approach. They enlisted the help of a lawyer, and suddenly OenoGroup became responsive.
I'll end up doing the same.

It's impossible to recover the inversion. The modus operandi is simply the same, always there's something that went wrong... Without mentioning the fictitious profitability. I don't recommend OENO at all, any alternative investment is better. This comment won't be erased as previous one...
