"J'ai trouvé tout ce que je voulais !"

Le colis était pile poil à la bonne taille et est arrivé rapidement. Je pense que c'est un des sites de parapharmacie le moins cher. J'ai vraiment apprécié la disponibilité des produits et l'offre large.

Possibilité de retrait chez un commerçant (tout à côté)
Bon rapport qualité - prix.
Les articles commandés sont bien protégés pour le transport, surtout quand ce sont des ampoules.
Les boites sont bien bloquées dans le carton.

"Très contente de cette 1ère commande !"

Première commande très récente sur le site de Cocooncenter et je suis entièrement satisfaite. Tout s'est très bien déroulé de la prise de commande jusqu'au retrait des produits lundi 10 mars dans un point relais à 150 m à pied de chez moi. Commande parfaitement respectée, colis très sécurisé, arrivé en parfait état... Je n'ai que du positif à dire pour tout ! Et un accueil toujours aussi agréable dans ce point relais où je vais de temps en temps retirer des colis. Je n'ai commandé qu'une seule fois mais je peux recommander Cocooncenter !

"Absolutely disgusting company"



Absolutely disgusting company!

They will not take responsibility if their courier does not deliver the package to correct address, they will ask you for copies of your personal ID, which is not secure to send them to a random person in their customer service and they will ask you to provide even the weight of the items that you did not receive. Their customer service wants you to do all of their work yourself. I probably lost 70£

Edit: I was asked for additional information, which is funny because I am in constant contact with your customer service trying to get my personal ID copies for who knows what use.

Please see below my email exchange with you because it seems that you're trying to act clueless on trustpilot:

According to the delivery tracking, your package was delivered on 10th March to the following address:
xxxxxxx

If you would like to file a complaint with the postal service, please kindly provide us with:
- A sworn statement of non-receipt of the package. written and sign on paper.
- A copy of the recipient's ID card, front and back.

Please make sure to indicate the following information on the letter:
- Delivery address,
- First name and last name,
- Parcel number (shipping number),
- Cocooncenter order number,
- Content of the order,
- Value of the order.

Upon receipt, I will forward them to the postal services for investigation.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.


My answer:

I was hoping that you can contact Amazon already, especially that I contacted them about the issue and they said that I should also inform you. I was told by Amazon that they will investigate the issue.

It is unacceptable for me that you say that you would not even contact the delivery company without me taking photos of my ID document. You have all of my details already, I supplied the order number too, which you have as well. It is unacceptable that as a customer I am doing the work of customer service of your company.

My answer:

I would like you to forward this email to your complaints team as you asking for copies of my national ID is not entirely legal. Also, could you please tell me what is your customer service doing if you ask me even to provide the value and content of the order? I am not losing my money because your company is unable to speak with the courier. Once forwarded to the complaints team, please see below how unhelpful your customer service is.

My apologies, I can advise that the requested information is a requirement for an investigation to be raised with the carrier. Without the recipients ID, a sworn statement confirming non receipt all of the order, and confirmation of the contents and value we are not able to proceed any further.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I will pass your complaint onto the relevant team as requested.


My answer:

I know that it is not a requirement because I contacted Amazon Logistics myself and they launched an investigation. You asking for copy of my national ID sounds like a fraud. First you take my money, pretend that something was delivered and then you want my ID. When you respond to my email, could you please put in copy the email address of the complaints team?

You have details of all of the contents of my order on your website. I am not the right person to say what you put exactly in that box.

Please see attached confirmation from Amazon of confirming that I filed a complaint.

"A chaque fois que je commande des…"

A chaque fois que je commande des elements chez Cocooncenter, je recois la moitie de la commande. Ensuite je demande ou cela en est, et il leur manque la moitie des elements. Ils sont incapable de mettre a jour leur portefeuille produit c'est franchement penible. Je ne vais plus commander chez eux.
