I would like to say that the account opening process was a breeze, the response to all my queries and doubts were addressed promptly, a special thanks to Dan Brezinski who was very clear from the word go and was prompt and helpful, I had some issues (of my own doing) after the account was opened and all I had to do was call the bank and they sorted it out instantly. I am looking forward to have a long and endearing relationship with the bank and its people.

Unprofessional, Irrational, Disrespectful, although some of the support staff was nice they were not knowledgeable.
My business was very badly affected, damaged to the point of almost closing it. They did not allow me to use the funds from my sales or to make payments to my suppliers, claiming their correspondent bank internal policies and asking why I am making payments online.
This is the most stupid and crazy question and reason to block my money. They do not allow me to close the bank accounts keeping amounts locked while telling me that the locked amount in unblocked.
Too many bad reviews here from people with almost same issues. A bank to run away from it.
