Tiney is awful company to deal with. They don't care about parents, but only want money from childminders. I would love to add name of childminder I dealt with, but apparently it is against trust pilot guidelines. Even though there are another 10 review with names, which is apparently OK according to TrustPilot.

"Amazing childminder and great GP access through Tiney"

We have been with Treetops Tiney nursery for 18 months. Tiney has been great and we really benefitted from the out of hours phone GP service for the whole family, especially at weekends with urgent issues.

Our childminder Steph is fantastic, and the best childminder we had by a long way. She has incredible passion, energy, and creativity. I'm always amazed by the interesting sensory activities she does with the children. The meals are delicious and healthy and we get daily photos of what they are upto, which are always gratefully received.

Steph even does extra things like help measure shoe sizes, and has also taken extra training and qualification to further benefit the children's learning.

My daughter has thrived, made friends, and treats Steph's like her second home! Would thoroughly recommend to all parents.

My little one absolutely loves being with Jo, I can’t recommend her enough. I can honestly say he has progressed so much since starting with Jo and all the activities they do are amazing. My daughter also attended during the school holidays and she can’t wait to come back again already! The app keeps me going when I’m at work with updates on what they’ve been up too throughout the day and lots of pictures of all the fun. Thank you Jo for everything you do for my children and for me ❤️

I’m thrilled I chose Tiney as the provider for my childcare requirements. I trained to be a teacher through TeachFirst and so that’s what attracted me to Prisca’sTineyhome. I was so happy to find that the rigour, passion and ethos of what makes TeachFirst great was mirrored by Tiney. My son has excelled due to the emphasis on personalised early education. Prisca is an amazing practitioner and I don’t feel I could have returned to work without her. The tiney app is slick and keeps me informed throughout the day and the standard of care my children get is second to none. Both my son and daughter now attend and despite their differing ages and needs I leave them everyday confident in the knowledge they will have fun, be stimulated and stretched and have all their needs catered for. Thank you tiney and Prisca for making one of the hardest things, leaving my children, doable. I’m so grateful. Genuinely chuffed with my set up and in turn that’s made me able to give my all to my job which I love but just couldn’t do without the level of support I receive from my incredible childminder.
