"Rude and upsetting "
Rude and unhelpful.
Childminder terminated my sisters contract with no warning.
She's now lost her job.
Childminder didn't even call her.
Her 3 year old son is beside himself with upset.
Tiney staff are very rude.
Hope your happy to the Nursery in Annesley Woodhouse.
Absolutely no thought to anyone's feelings, to replace a child with others that have more days is disgusting and greedy.

"DO NOT USE !! AVOID FOR YOUR CHILDS SAKE !!…"
Absaloutley disgusting Agency and Childminder that I used !!
After telling my Childminder of 11 months, from the beginning, that I don't get paid till the 15th of each month, I was bombarded with invoices, by email from Tiney, for the end of the month, and discussed with my Childminder that I couldn't pay by the end of each month... I asked my Childminder to speak to Tiney and she said it was OK.
I paid EVERY month upfront and ALWAYS PAID.
She has now terminated my contract, putting my job at risk, because I don't have Childare, and my 3 year old boy is absolutely HEARTBROKEN that he can't go to the Childminders.
He cried for hour's.
I have found this extremely distressing and upsetting.
I first spoke to a lady from Tiney who said my contract hadn't been terminated by them. My Childminder had decided to terminate but not discuss it with me. I then spoke to Abbie from Tiney, who needs some lessons in customer service and was extremely rude. In an already upsetting situation.
Absaloutley disgusting...
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS CHILDMINDER !!

"Very happy to have chosen tiney! "
We have just become registered childminders! We were lucky enough to have Molly as our advisor! She was so lovely, supportive and attentive, just like the whole of the tiney team.
Tiney provide good training in great depth and everything is very structured and clear to follow.
Would definitely recommend. 😊

"AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!"
Paid the NONE REFUNDABLE joining fee, completed all of the modules and joined the unhelpful webinars and did 2 theory calls only to be told I would receive a decision 5 working days after the 2nd call (which I'm still waiting for after 4 weeks!). I have been logged out of my app and can't log back in, tried to call to get help with logging in and no one answered so I left a voicemail and 24 hours later still no call back. I have wasted just over £1000 trying to get set up to be a childminder I would have been better off going through Ofsted. I really feel I am entitled to a refund but I know I won't get one as I feel Tiney has miss-sold me the childminder dream which is now a nightmare! I would give stars in the negative if I could.

"Tried to sign up to register as a…"
Tried to sign up to register as a childminding.
I have a degree in psychology and child development. Level 3 in childminding. Level 3 in nannying. Level 2 in understanding young people and children.
I have worked as a volunteer football coach for U9s. Ive worked as a residential care worker for SEN children. I've worked as a playworker in a primary school. I have worked for 2 finance companies too.
I have emailed parents directly for advise and some have offered to take me on board as they believe in humans and believe in mistakes and believe my experience and qualifications are more than relevant.
I mention as the above because i have a criminal conviction in fraud 6 years ago, one and only crime which was just a really stupid mistake.
I mentioned all of the above to the staff at Tiney when first speaking to them. The person i spoke to said they have taken on people with convictions who are very successful. I was excited but wary. I was asked to fill in forms, answer questions and send a lengthy email going in depth about safeguarding due to my conviction. I obliged of course.
I get an email back saying sorry, you have a conviction, we cannot progress further.
I mentioned ALL OF THE ABOVE before i started to fill the forms etc out. I questioned all this and i got a generic and vague response of, its our policy.
Their policy is evidently ans sadly to waste people's time completing forms and saying no anyway.
All my experience etc is post conviction. I've never ever had a bad reference from any employer.
I review Tiney just to give people a heads up, they will waste your time even if they may say, yes we have had people with convictions. Bare in mind, parents have said they'd employ me.

never happy to become childminder with this company, they would make you pay so much money and keep it if something is not cleared for them. steer clear from them. They never do proper instigation nor speak to you properly. go with Ofsted or other child minding agency. never with these scams.

"Excellent all-round"
tiney are doing great things in the world of home nurseries, changing the image of childminding for the better. Their training is excellent and their team are really supportive. No hesitation in recommending them to others.

"All company are complete rabish "
So I would like to make a complaint about not fulfilling the breach of contract I was dissatisfied with the behavior of the caregiver for a 12-month-old boy, you as a company should help and not ignore my messages, so if I do not receive a return message by Friday at 12 a.m. February 23, if I don't see it, I'm going straight to court. I hope I will receive some message from you because I really don't understand you anymore.

"If I could give 0 stars I would"
If I could give 0 stars I would.
An absolutely appalling experience with one of their childminders which I would love to name as it would help other parents to steer clear of but apparently not allowed to do it on here (there is always other sites for that). A huge misinformation and miscommunication from the childminder who was only keen on quickly taking money off me. Having not dealt with childminding services previously I was not aware of their fees etc. and was NOT explained by childminder any terms and conditions whatsoever, so to pay over £3000 within few weeks to just save my child a space in 5 months time (I know it was well beforehand) seemed ridiculous, therefore decided to cancel the joining process. They have still managed to charge me £250 for apparent placement holding which was calculated since the day I verbally agreed to take on the services and even before I signed anything. So basically childminder was earning daily off me without me even knowing it. They also issue dodgy invoices that don’t make sense and trying contacting Tiney is absolutely pointless, I tried online chat/email/phone and have not heard back in 3 days now and doubt I will do.
