Sophie has been my daughter’s childminder since February of this year and I can’t fault her, my little girl has developed so much in such a short space of time there. She loves going in on her days and I couldn’t be more grateful for her, she is one of a kind!! I’m so glad I changed over from her previous nursery to Sophie and would highly recommend her and Tiney.

My experience with tiney has been amazing from the first contact I had with them back in 2020, when I got in touch with Lisa via email and I have expressed my interest in training as a childminder. I am a childcare professional (BA, MA, Montessori Diploma- all in childcare and education) and worked all my life with children. Tiney's standards are high (and for the right reasons) and I benefited so much from the inset days they organized for us and additional training that is available as part of our CPD: it is really wonderful to connect on regular basis with likeminded people. Tiney are always looking at ways to improve their services both for childminders and parents. I would like to mention the "wish list" that we have on our platform, where we can express the things we would like to have more support with, or things that would help us run our childminder more efficiently. All our feedback is valued and I feel that my opinion always mattered. It only shows their continuous support. In terms of communication with tiney, this was always fast and efficient, both for myself and for the parents. I really appreciate tiney's efforts in making sure childminding profession is given the statute it deserves in the EYE (and beyond).

The staffs are great and professional from tiney agency.
But Claudine Mendy as a childminder,(Claudine's tiney home nursery)registered at tiney agency is very rude and has a very
bad attitude and a bad behaviour towards the parents.She is very unprofessional.It
could be due to a lack of her experiences
as a child minder.She needs to go for
more training as a childminder. I would definitely not recommend her to anyone and I believe that there are lots of childminder around from tiney agency with better skills.

"Not good anymore"

Used to be great but recently after a new team have taken charged they have been terrible.

I have been overcharged by Tiney on multiple occasions. After contacting Tiney to correct to problem I have been ignored on multiple occasions. After finally receiving a response I was told they would deal with the problem and give me an update by Monday. Monday has come and gone and I have heard nothing, I have even sent a new message asking if any progress has been made but again have been ignored.

It seems like things are a mess right now. Communication between childminders and the company isn’t great. Worse for parents who have fallen in the middle of their problems and become victims of their errors.
