"Ross’s tobacco the best strong smelling diffuser "

I’ve bought the Rosso mobile, Rosa tobaco,( the best hands down), magnolia orchidea, melograno and mira ziffareno(my least favourite).

My last order came with two perfume sample free gifts of 25ml,diffuser sticks , gift bags, even though I chose ginger lime, but received leather oud(which I don’t like oud smells).

Rosso mobile I’ve had for a while, and can’t perceive the scent anymore and its half way bottle remaining.

Rosa tobaco has a strong throw and smells amazing in my living room.

Magnolia I have in my bedroom, it’s quite a faint scent, not strong.

"the fragrances are sublime but"

the fragrances are sublime, however I received a bottle without the spray stopper. Cannot send it back anymore because my previous bottle was not empty yet and after some weeks and ready for the new bottle, I found out the missing spray stopper. I am disappointed because this may not happen.

"Very bad service"

Very bad service, in fact non exsistant really! I cannot open the fragrence bottle, 5 people have tried, so the lamp is useless to me without the fragrance. Its been over a week now when I was promised someone would get back to me to solve this issue, but no response, despite chasing them. Only email no phone line so very bad service from a premium brand sadly. I would not recomend them.
See reply below, there is no telephone number, I have only ever emailed them. Trust pilot gets a quicker response from a review so I guess that is something.
