"I’m disappointed with the Acqua…"

I’m very disappointed with the Acqua diffuser. I just bought a 250ml and was so excited to use it. I have had it for just 1 week so my nose hasn’t gone nose blind. I bought the diffuser for my bathroom which is less than 5 meters squared and the throw is pretty poor. You can hardly smell it and you literally have to put your nose directly above the top of the reeds to get a slight smell of it.

I have to keep turning the reeds around twice a day to get some kind of scent but it does not make any difference. The scent is barley noticeable, it’s far too weak and not potent enough to give off a decent throw. I won’t buy again.

I wonder if the room sprays fare better but, due to my experience with the acqua diffuser scent and finding it too weak, I doubt I’ll consider purchasing it as a room scent.

terrible each time i've used the website ....just now I have tried to add 2500ml leather oud refill several times but it won't add to my basket. In the past I give up and buy from Harrods s I will probably do the same again.
