I never received my entire order. Very disappointed.

They cancelled our order because they could not fulfill it but have not refunded the money in over a month. Sent us only 6 items rather than 6 cases of items and expect us to pay to send those 6 back after they canceled the whole order. I cannot reach anyone via telephone or email. Beware!

I order some acrylic paint. The first thing I did not like was that I did not receive an email confirming my order or an estimated delivery date. It's been 12 days and not a word from the company so I emailed them for an order status, no reply so far. I called this morning but only got a recording to leave a voice mail. I am not happy with the lack of communication and will never order from them again.

Very unhappy with dealing with this company. I received wrong item and wanted to exchange it but that didn't happen. I had to sent them account number, then they wanted a picture of packing slip, then I had to send them a picture of the product. Then I sent it back for a refund and again I had to send them the info on it. I had to also email them several times to get them to refund it back. It was ridiculous what I had to go through. Not a good way of doing business.
