Excellent service. We use Lazy carpet before as well.This time for stairs.Sale rep was nice and with in 10 days fitters came and done the Job.We choose carpet and Lamination for our stairs. All updates via test messages and price is reasonable compare to the local shop.Office staff very friendly as well.

"Fitters came first thing"

Fitters came first thing. Very polite and friendly. There was a cupboard and tv in the room and they said they charge £20 to move it for fitting. I said I’d move it, just give me a shout when ready. Carpet was fitted within the hour and they didn’t charge me for moving the furniture. Nice job done. Would highly recommend lazy carpets. They have my business from now on. 👍

Rebecca came to give my mum and dad a quote for a new hallway carpet. Rebecca
was so pleasant and helpful, instantly making us all feel at ease. The whole process, from choosing a carpet, to getting a date booked in for the fitting was straight forward and easy. My mum and dad are elderly, therefore having someone come to their home made the process possible and meant they could choose from the samples.
