Powerbikes were under pressure to get a large shipment of bike out for despatch that had all been pre-ordered. While that was ongoing there were staff off sick too. They still managed to keep me updated with the progress of my bike and delivered it as soon as they possibly could. I'm very pleased with the bike and I'm confident that if I need any help, powerbikes will be there to support me
