I purchased an expensive Haibike All Mtn 7 so I wanted a reassuring service which is exactly what I received. The bike was delivered on time as promised and in the condition I expected it to be so what more could I ask.
Having spoken directly with the boss (Jeff) following receipt of my bike as I had some questions concerning charging of the battery for the 1st time and how to operate the display I was impressed with his eagerness to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and as a result I am confident that the after sales service will be 2nd to none.

Great service and advice on phone, 4 stars as delivery took longer than communicated

Delivery took longer than I expected even with Covid taken into account. A querying email got a sensible reply and the right parts arrived 3 weeks after the initial order so all good in the end.
I did get 3 'rate us!' and 'use us again' emails before the parts arrived :-)

I purchased an ebike sensor on the off chance it would fix my broken carrera & it did fix the problem. I paid £35 for the sensor which i found reasonable considering the bike cost £1000 at the time. I would recommend buying from Powerbikes
