Fantastic Service from Powerbikes.
Spending the best part of £6k on a new bike can be very unnerving, especially if, like me, you are not in a position to view or test the bike beforehand. Richard & the team made the process very easy & reassuring, with plenty of pictures, updates and answering all questions almost immediately. From the initial inquiry to having the bike on my doorstep & ultimately out on the trails was within a week (including a delayed trip across the Irish sea due to storms!).
A solution to a small issue from the factory was found and resolved immediately, and also a reminder that I have free points to spend on gear after my original purchase! Great stuff. I really can't give enough praise for the customer care provided by Powerbikes. When the time eventually comes for the next upgrade, they'll definitely be at the top of the list.
