I rang to discuss my choice of bike to check it was suitable for the area where I live, and the distances I was going to travel. The guy I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, well informed and very enthusiastic. He was also very polite and helpful with details about the delivery timescales. I had cause to ring them about an issue prior to the delivery and the lady I spoke with was also extremely helpful and efficient, promising me a call back and actually did - unlike so many companies nowadays. The bike has been delivered and is exactly as discussed and I am extremely pleased with the purchase and the service I received form Powerbikes.
