"Terrible support for £50k a year"

We pay £50k a year, and are currently receiving a terrible service, over night, every single one of over a thousand forms has been reset to not save a draft, also our main site choice column has 5 choices not displaying on the form end only (1000s of forms), also some forms now have black backgrounds with black text, also the save as draft button has been switched off for every form at once, the problems this has caused us are huge, and yet 2 weeks later they hardly reply, and no suggested solution in site. anyone else here experiencing these issues??

Edit - on the response below, 4 of our 6 issues are resovled after 7 weeks now, still not operational properly and makes our Sales team daily lives hell. It is also a bare face lie about an account manager trying to make contact, firstly, we have never been assigned an account manager, since purchase, I have only ever spoke to the support team. And secondly, no-one from Monday has EVER called anyone at our company, the only time I have ever spoken to anyone in Monday was via a Google meet call, which I had to request

Our office has been using Monday.com for about a year now and it has helped us to communicate, stay organized, and cut down on internal emails. When I need to make a change or have a question, customer service is available and helpful (bot or person). Very happy with this platform.

Ware garnicht erst erhalten. Hinhaltetaktik per Mail. Geld durch Paypal Käuferschutz zurück erhalten. Nie wieder White Monday.

"Good features, but only worth it if you have a team and are on a paid plan"

I loved all the features for managing my tasks and project planning that were available on the trial, but the free plan removes almost everything and limits items, so is really not a functional plan. The paid plans are minimum 3 seats and as a solopreneur starting out the cost for 3 seats is too much. If they had a plan for one seat I would be willing to pay but they don't seem to want to have solopreneurs as customers so I will be switching to Notion instead.

Great project management tool.
We just dont have much application for all the additional modules and fancy add-ons.

Would be great if they developed practical tools and add-ons that really had practical application to make project management easier

Du vol ! Je suis une petite startup, j'ai opté pour une offre pour essayer, j'ai ensuite voulu prolonger l'essai et ai pris un abonnement. Finalement je n'ai pas utilisé l'appli, et Oh surprise quand j'ai voulu résilier le jour meme, celui ci a été renouvelé automatiquement pour 432 Euros !!! Pour info j'ai envoyé un mail le jour même....pour demander l’arrêt de cette offre et le remboursement, on m a envoyé un mail automatique "Comment résilier"
Je ne me prends pas de salaire, 432 euros c'est mon budget communication au semestre !!!
DU VOL, 432 EUROS !!! pour mettre des taches dans un tableau ! PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN !
