"Great Tool"

Monday.com is a versatile tool that I have learned can grow with your business.
There were some features available at the 'pro' level that were moved into the upper tier but over all a great product.
The automations could use some fine tuning. The date feature on the automations (x number of days from date in column is more complex than it needs to be and can be confusing at times).

We enjoy the product for managing our different projects. It's easy to use and helps us hit deadlines.

I wish the daily email notifications which we used to receive for due and overdue items still worked. I also wish there was a way to change the due date on one item and have that change carry through the project, i.e., if one item is completed a week late, then the next item's due date is pushed a week later, etc.

Great overall experience, love the forms and automations functions helps a lot to be organized and as reminders. Have had a bit of issues with the global search function but all in all, it is very good and I use it everyday and planning to learn more and use it more.

The ability to build a system that tracks our workflow the way we want to track it. Customization is not difficult overall, training is fairly easy, and the results have been fantastic.
We are finally able to see the status of any job at a glance, and it is a game changer for managing capacities and needs.
