"Really bad company."

Really bad company.

They charged us for 10 seats when we only used 5. We agreed over the phone that they would extend it to 2 years (thus 5+5 seats). However, they didn't keep their word and didn't review our membership, demaning more money.

"There's no full-refund for first month of using "

Very disappointing when you just want to test the paid plan and in case you want a refund you start to know that it's not in full because they calculate per each day of use.

So, FULL-REFUND is impossible to get and when you buy it says 30 days refund. :)

At least inform users that a refund is calculated per each day of using Monday software but not like you do... "Get 30 days refund".

"Overpriced, and increasing"

The tool is overall great but the price increases at double the pace the functions.
The support is lacking, at the same time. If not by the local partner, that is doing an amazing work, we would be alone in the dark.

This website helps us track task management, employee productivity, and give our clients the best outcome possible. Nothing falls through the cracks anymore and gets forgotten. This is so much better than standard spreadsheets we used to use.

"Monday.com has changed the way we do…"

Monday.com has changed the way we do things internally, it professionalises the way we work with major clients externally, the ability on the "pro plan" to have unlimited guests is a great help to enable collaboration and overall works really well when managing projects for clients that do not have their own framework.

We have worked with monday.com for around two years, the platform keeps getting better.

The only disappointment really was recently, whilst going through a tough time, reducing the number of paid users to a lower threshold in user management did not automatically downgrade to the lower pricing point despite automatically upgrading to the higher bracket - if you do that just be sure to let them know as on the paid monthly plan they are unwilling to refund citing their terms and conditions. This has left a slight bitter taste in my mouth, which is a shame because I otherwise think the platform is great.

We're a small business of around 5 users.

Otherwise highly recommended.
