We had a great time at the pasta making and dairy farm tour on our recent visit to Puglia! I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Puglia region. We were a family of 5--older kids ages 18-23. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. Five stars!

We had a very personalized informative visit. We had also the chance to really participate to the fabrication of burrata. Marco and his colleague took a great attention to our questions and we also had a chance to have a tour of the farm.
To complete the visit, we were served a delicious meal with different cheese, cold meat and wine.

We had an amazing experience learning about burrata with Marco and Umberto, were actively involved in the making and shaping of mozzarella, fior di latte and burrata! Such a fun activity to do and by far the freshest burrata we've ever had!! Definitely recommend!

We had a super half day at Masseria Madonna dell Arco (family of four). Marco was a fantastic, warm and knowledgeable host. He took his time and showed us around the farm, explained the cheese making processes (which were demonstrated by an incredibly experienced Franco and team) and we also got to make our own pasta with Roberto. The icing on the cake was the tasting session at the end - cold meats, burrata, mozzarella, ricotta all with freshly homemade bread and some delicious wine. A very memorable experience! Thank you very much Marco!
