"Customer Service could not be reached via phone"

I was just on the phone trying to talk to someone about renewing my certifications. I was placed on hold and then was sent to a prompt that told me to press 1 to leave a message and no other options. If nothing was pressed it hung up. I tried called several times (9 times total) trying different options in hopes that I would be able to speak to a live person. I was able to get to someone by pressing 1 (sales), but he just sent me on the same route that brought me to the message to either leave a message or get hung up on. Ended up sending an email which did tell me that if I needed immediate assistance to call - it was the number that I had already called several times. Very frustrating.

Very straight forward educational approach to PT. Reading was pretty dense and academic and think it should have been more layman and application based. Exam was very terminology based.
