The overall experience of ISSA was great, and the customer support was exceptional (Thank you to John Latham. Only issue with the exams is the written sections, exact wording is needed. However, you can have the right answer but written differently to their answer and its scored wrong. Otherwise, everything was very easy to navigate and a very great experience!
