The possibility to study at my own pace. All the available study material, videos were really helpful. The helpline always replied on time. So, in other words my overall experience was great.

It was very clear and understandable course, I'm feeling confident now after finished it.

What I liked about the course was that it was informative and I learned things that I didn’t know before. The diagrams were helpful, and the side notes were interesting. The thing I disliked the most was that when it came to the questions/tests/quiz for each module the questions were like random parts of the reading and barely anything that was a main focus of the reading. I took a whole notebook of notes and each module took hours with the amount of chapters per each one, and when it came to the quiz I barely felt like I had enough notes. I had to take a lot of the quizzes twice to pass.

I really enjoyed taking the nutrition course. It was dense, informative, and packed with valuable information, definitely helpful.
I also really appreciated the live videos and the live chat. It made the learning experience more interactive and engaging, and it was great to be able to ask questions and connect in real time.
That said, I was hoping for a bit more practical content when it comes to everyday application, like meal ideas, healthy treats, and snack suggestions for pre- and post-workout. Including more of that would’ve made the course even more well-rounded, especially for those of us who love mixing knowledge with practical, real-life nutrition strategies.

Overall, I’m still really happy I took it, and I learned a lot!

Material content and flexibility. I had a family emergency that lasted the past number of months, so was hard to stay focused and find the time, but the flexibility in the course was very helpful!
