I like the program. But I can’t tell you how many times I called and was on hold so long that I hung up. Two times it was up to 40 minutes. The web site lead me to believe that help is always available. I had the opposite experience. Also it said That I completed 2 Certification’s my courses and should be hearing from some one on what to do next. This was over a week ago and I still haven’t. I have no idea how long I have to wait to receive my certificates. It’s sucks really.
