They go into detail about everything and make it clear to you that have unlimited practice tests. They have the videos to go in depth and explain it and the zoom visits I didn't participate in many but that's a help too. And the final is open book and if you took notes as you should have it's easier awesome awesome program

I love content for each certification. I would like some hands-on approach as well. MAYBE partner with a a local gym to have students model what has been learned, etc or go through an internship at a local gym..

I enjoyed the class overall. I do wish that the module review videos were a bit more in depth than just a few minutes long. The nutrition bootcamp great and very helpful. Wish all of the classes had something similar to that.
