The course was well structured and covered a wide range of fitness topics, including strength training, cardio, flexibility, and nutrition. The information was easy to follow and suitable for all fitness levels.

The course in general is good. BUT I think that instead of have to many technicalities or Theory, should be more focus on the actions nad practice. I didn't see how to create good trainnings, for specific muscles, the information is too general. Same for the Nutrition Coach, to many theory that nobody will use in the day by day and very few information related to meals, diets, etc.
