"What a FAFF !! Don't bother "
Ordered via Range (online) never knew it wasn't range but yes I did find out. Curtains arrived, green blob at the top of one & just not satisfactory, so this is where my journey started , so I spend 40 mins waiting for range customer service to answer the phone (I will be reviewing range) then i had to take photo of package & email it whilst on the phone to the phone operative then he eould forward this email to the company,, then the company would email this company then they'd email me back then if I never heard from said company I email or ring them back (range first then the blind company) so I ask for a direct number I got it YES ! No I contacted them the girl I spoke to enquiring about how I return goods said she diddnt know the address & thinks they are somewhere... thats great I think they are somewhere too !! Then I eventually get an email from said Company then they send print off postage labels, I told them.most companies these days do QR codes & I'd requested this they hadn't given me them & my printer is broken too they said go a library or a friend's or something.....helpful..not really so I used the address & posted them back * it cost me £10 ! Totally inefficient service unhelpful, you have to do at least 3 emails before you'll get one back & you are not even told by range in the forst place you are buying from these , a totally shambolic experience for me leaving me out of pocket & annoyed !!!

The ability to order more or less the correct width is really good. Much greater choice of widths than local suppliers, B&Q, The Range etc. Quality is OK for the price you pay. All in all great value and prompt delivery.

Poorly cut edges, too expensive for what it is. They have refused to replace it. Initially offered to repair and never got back. Not worth any attention, money or hassle.

"Terrible Customer Service "
If your order is incorrect, like black out blinds that let more light in that tissue paper and you want to send it back, good luck! There is a phone number listed, but you cannot speak to the team directly, the helpline says that they will email the team and after nearly 3 months the useless blinds are still sat in its packaging waiting to be returned, but without a return barcode for the courier, he cannot accept it. Despite several calls to the helpline explaining the problem, they still keep sending him out to collect! They need to sort out their customer service!
