Great variety and options, very useful and well informed company website allowing for size/colour/style selection.

I needed the blinds urgently and wrote in to the customer service who promptly replied and within 24 hours confirmed that my 6 new blinds were dispatched for delivery!
There was an issue with one of the blinds and I have been given the return address label to process the refund which I have no doubt will be done once the slightly damaged item (likely damaged during the delivery) is received back at New Edge. Given my need I proceeded to order the replacement blind which was promptly delivered in good time.
Overall my experience has been very good and I will be back when I need additional blinds as well as refer New Edge to others.

Ordered through The Range online and although initially there were hiccups, New Edge sorted the missing blind from my delivery very swiftly. I then made a mistake cutting down the header for the blind and they sourced me a new one at a great price and shipped this very quickly to me. No complaints and would shop here again.

"Made to measure blackout roller blind"

Needed a made to measure blind and came across Newedge blinds. £12 for a crushed velvet blackout roller blind, delivered within 5 days and looks amazing. Will definitely be using them again. Great quality as well

"No refund after 2 months"

Ordered some blinds via wilko in nov 2023, i then realised they wouldnt match the room so ordered some new ones and asked to return the original ones. I was told the blinds would be collected from my address. a month went by and nothing happened. I was then sent a return label, finally returned these at the end of Feb 2024. Its been two months since i returned them and still no refund. I have chased the company, and got a response of 'Hello, You would need to contact Wilkos as they manage the payments.' I did this, and wilkos just keep telling me they are waiting on a response from the supplier! I have had to contact my bank for a refund on this as this company just does not want to give me my money back.
