"Ordered through the range from here two…"
Ordered through the range from here two sets of curtains on the 8th Oct, they provided a tracking number for DX saying they will be sent on the 9th and received by the 21st. That date has now passed, spoke to DX who said the parcel was never handed to them, spoke to the range who contacted these guys and they told the range they have been sent so I cannot cancel! I have proof from the delivery service this is not the case, no contact from them to apologise, no offer of refund! Will now be contacting CAB for guidance on getting my money back! AVOID!
Edit*** Just received a reply to say I can return the curtains when I receive them! I will never receive them as they haven’t been sent!!!!!!!!

Ordered through ebay. Got notification that blind was dispatched and out for delivery. Due date didn't arrive. Next day same. Get text to say I've been refunded with no explanation. Wasted 2 weeks waiting. DONT USE THIS 2 BOB COMPANY.!! WASTE OF TIME.

I ordered a blind and it came damaged because of the way it was packed not in a box just a plastic cover not good at protecting the blind

"Shambolic and untrustworthy "
I ordered a blind kit, firstly they sent it to the wrong address and it took 5 seperate delivery attempts, each time their delivery company DX said I wasn’t in but I was sat at home waiting every time. I finally got the kit after another company took the parcel from DX and there was one side of Velcro missing . I tried to get in touch by email and they were shambolic. They were not friendly or helpful at all. They never read my emails properly. They agreed to send out the right Velcro once they finally understood what I needed but then we had the same problems again, it was sent to the wrong address eventhough I stressed the address. Then once again their delivery company DX said I wasn’t in when I was, I live in the countryside and I think they just couldn’t be bothered to come. Newedge blinds then cancelled the delivery eve though I’d kept in touch with them about the delivery problems and they agreed to resend it to me but you guessed it, they didn’t bother. I’ve paid for a Roman blind kit that was incomplete. This went on for about 8 weeks. Shambolic, disgraceful service from people who absolutely don’t care. I’m loathed to even give them 1 star. Beware !

Purchased two Roman blind kits. One arrived with no poles so we couldn’t complete the blinds in time. In addition, the quality of the product is terrible; very cheap and no instructions provided. The service from the company was appalling. Flippant and sarcastic email responses. Never received such terrible service.
