Delighted with the quality of this product. It is the 2.10 aluminium track. So much better than the old pole. Curtains just glide open and closed. Speedy delivery too!

Fast postage , excellent item ,however the original packaging had been opened with one end missing which makes me think it was possibly a return?
Luckily nothing was missing inside and the curtain rail was undamaged.

I got the last laugh TWICE!
Had purchased blackout roller blinds. The delivery driver had delivered it but was left behind my garden on a chimney pot. He then put online that it was sent next door. First thing I had was an email notification saying it was delivered by next door neighbour. Embarrassing of me knocking on thinking they had it but was told they had nothing. Went in my property had a card notice from parcel2go stating it was behind the chimney pot. Finally received the package! Opened it there was just a roller blind without attachments. How are you expecting me to put up a roller blind without the attachments. I then had been communicating via email and all i can say is they said as a gesture of goodwill we will refund 10% that works out £1.92. To return it, would cost me £4. Didnt offer free return label. Poor poor customer service. Appalling customer service.

Absolutely appalling service from this company. Has taken a month to post something out to me that should’ve been delivered by Christmas!
I told them I didn’t want it anymore as I wasn’t waiting any longer for it.
They proceeded to still post it??? I declined the delivery and now they want me to pay for return postage costs before they’ll refund me!!!

Ordered a Roman blind track which duly arrived however it is such poor quality it is useless. The cord pull lock is soft plastic so it pops open with any tension. Asked to return for refund and they refused. They accused me of altering and using excessive weight which is not true. Unbelievable customer service and I will be taking this case further with the ombudsman. Wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing.
Let me explain after reading their reply.
The product is not damaged in any way!!
The cat did pull the cords from the pulley however this does not cause any damage to the product. The cords easily come out and can easily be rethreaded. Indeed I did send a very clear photograph asking for confirmation the threads were put back correctly however they claimed it wasn’t clear enough. The photograph showed the pulley detached from the track but this is what you can do to put the cords at the chosen end. Anyone with any knowledge of curtains would know this. Individual pulleys can be bought from other retailers and they obviously do not have any threaded cords.
The product is in exactly the same condition now as it was when it arrived and packed up in the original packaging.
My complaint is the very poor quality of the product.
Terrible that they feel they have to get into a slanging match online without even seeing the item.

I would not recommend this company to anybody. I ordered two blinds to sit side by side on my bay window. Blinds duly received albeit well passed the advised delivery date. The fittings were put in place and blinds slotted in only to find upon lowering them that not only was the drop short but one blind was actually shorter than the other. I ordered via the B&Q website and it wasn't until my order was confirmed that I discovered the actual seller to be New Edge Blinds. Because it was through B&Q I did not deem it necessary to look at any reviews. However I have since looked at the reviews for New Edge Blinds and you would certainly steer clear of this company.

The online ordering process was simple & quick enough. No complaints with the quality of the items & nice touch that easy glide curtain rings are used The delivery seemed to take longer than expected but this may well have been due to the new year holiday period. I would have given 5 stars however I gave 3 for 2 reasons. 1) If you have any queries then you have to call a mobile number that takes you to the reception and you have to give them all you ordering details & then they pass onto the sales team so you can't contact sales directly. 2) Although my order arrived undamaged (5 Bay curtain pole set) & was marked as "fragile", there is a fair risk that the poles could get damaged as they are packed loose in the box rather than taped together.
