Warning everyone to not order directly through this company or a third party such as Debenhams as your money is taken but the order does not exist I am now £70 out of pocket with nothing to show for it. There customer service is absolutely awful. I've even spoken directly with the courier it's supposed to be coming through who has advised no such delivery assignment exists.... Total scam artists

I think New Edge blind is good with the prices, products and customer service.
It takes about a day or two , but they do respond and help where they can.

"Great Quality Blinds At An Affordable Price"

I originally purchased 2 of the faux wood ready made Venetian Blinds with Tapes from Amazon which I was really pleased with. I have since purchased more blinds but direct from NewEdgeBlinds which I have found to be slightly cheaper. I find them very affordable, easy to install, they look great and have a quality feel about them. I will be back soon to order more for the rest of my windows :)

I ordered 2 blinds & 1 was faulty with a dent. I sent pics and New Edge Blinds sent a replacement straight away that came quickly and they told me I didn't need to re-post as I was struggling to get out of the house because of a disability, but to keep the other blind or donate to a charity, which I have done. Excellent customer service & won't hesitate to use again when I order more. Thank you! : )
