My current experience is shocking. Attempting to get a new business gas account but their database pulls wrong data for addresses and then does not give you the opportunity to correct the errors manually before submitting to contract. The customer service email does not respond (not even an acknowledgement) and you will never get through on the phone lines. On hold for ten minutes without any movement forward in the queue. The company is not ready for this and has no idea about assisting potential customers. Not fit for purposes and my matter remains unresolved after two days now with no response from Energylinx the switch provider. Energydisconnect is more appropriate at the moment. I'm in real danger of losing my residential supply.
