Great selection of dresses, my daughter had a specific dress and colour that she wanted and we were so lucky to find it at pastiche couture. Great service and very professional and gave great advise. My last daughter to have a prom now but would definitely recommend this shop

"Discriminatory Treatment in Store"

I wanted to write this review to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment my daughter received at this store on 01/03/25. We visited to look for a prom dress, an experience that should have been exciting and enjoyable. Unfortunately, she was made to feel unwelcome and excluded due to the lack of assistance and dismissive attitude of their staff.

Upon entering, my daughter was simply told to look around. Meanwhile, other smaller, petite girls were actively assisted, offered racks to place their dresses on, and helped in finding styles. At no point was my daughter approached by a sales assistant. The store only had one dress in a size 14, which was already disheartening. When she finally found a dress she liked, she politely asked if it was available in a larger size. Instead of checking or offering alternatives, the sales assistant looked her up and down and responded with, “Come back another time.”

This experience left my daughter feeling humiliated and extremely upset. No customer should be made to feel inferior based on their size. Her money is just as valuable as anyone else’s, and she deserved the same level of respect and assistance as the other customers in your store.

If you have a daughter who is beyond a size 12 - look elsewhere as this is disgusting treatment of a young girl.

Phone advice before buying on line was excellent as was the secure knowledge of full refund if the dress did not suit - saved me a long travel and extra expense- daughter has found her forever prom dress x

I went into the store today with my friend to find a prom dress as my prom is in June. I had been so excited to have this experience and it was completely ruined. My friend had handed me a dress to try on and the lady who was in the store had commented “definitely to small for her”
I was already feeling cautious about my figure and weigh and the lady had knew this and still made this comment . The clothing racks felt very fat shaming as there is a lot of dresses for petite people not very many options for others.
I am disgusted in the way I was treated in this place.DO NOT recommend.

Jane was amazing, promised the get the dresses delivered on time, she did just that. Excellent service, dress fit my daughter perfect. No complains whatsoever. The dresses were being shipped to somewhere in Africa where services like Amazon etc are non existent

My dress arrived super quick and is absolutely gorgeous , the quality and the sequin work are incredible ! Just a bit too small for me . Thoroughly recommend getting that special dress here ❤️

"The experience of buying the dress was…"

The experience of buying the dress was great. I was able to have really good communication via the Shop app with the retailer to track the arrival of my dress. My only issue I’m experiencing now is that I would like to return the dress and 3 days ago sent an email requesting the return and haven’t heard back- I’ve chased 3 times now and no response. Not quite sure what to do as they say you need to let them know within 3 days of receiving the item that you intend to return it which I did, but silence from them.

We ordered a lovely Sherri Hill prom dress from Pastiche online, it arrived swiftly and looks amazing. The shop is very helpful and responsive. They sent the dress out to us using royal mail next day delivery which was great.
